To kick off the summer, I joined in the Ocean Blog Hop. Lisa Lodge of A Grateful Artist is our wonderful Hostess! Thank you Lisa for hosting!
Here's the beads I received.
This hop was fun because I love walking on the beach & collecting shells & sea glass, swimming & scuba diving in the ocean.
I've seen so many beautiful beaded items lately that other creative artists have done, I was inspired.

ReplyDeleteBig wow! That's on beyond jewelry. It's art and I love it.

ReplyDeleteAwesome Piece, thank you for Sharing
ReplyDeleteBlue and yellow have always been one of my favorite color combinations! The blue of the ocean and the yellow sparkling sun really bring the waves of the design to life. I like to wear a white sundress and adorn it with your beautiful necklace just to dance the night away!
ReplyDeleteI love that you thought of the different sections of your piece as "islands" . . . you really embraced the concept of the challenge and delivered it in an honest and artistic way. Standing ovation!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, a very intense piece!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous piece! Can totally see the ocean's influence.
ReplyDeleteI love that you shared your work in progress. This is to die for necklace art.
