Texas Pepper Jams

Homemade jams, marinades, marmalades, candies and sea salts with a variety of chile peppers; including jalapeno, habanera, pablano, anaheim, ghost pepper, etc... Our products range in heat strength from mild to exceedingly HOT! We use only the freshest of ingredients and each batch is unique. A small selection of our products have no peppers in them at all for those whose palette cannot tolerate pepper of any sort.

About Me

Art and I have been married for 31 years. One of our common passions is cooking. We currently are involved in developing pepper jams, marinades, sea salts, salsas and pepper infused candies, in particular fudge, toffee, & peanut brittle. We love creating new recipes that feature our jams. Our newest additions to our line are sweet jams and marinades, sea salts and candy with no peppers. In addition, we thoroughly enjoy traveling. On our last trip we spent a week in London and 3 weeks in South Africa. The wild life was amazing and the food was exotic.
