New Products for the Tastebuds!

Spring has sprung & summer heat is creeping up on us in Texas. We hit the high 80's today! Was it ever hot!

During the month of March, at the local New Braunfels Farmer's Market, we received requests from many of our customers for Texas Sweet Jams. So .... we have been busy in the kitchen preparing the following:

Beet

Pear Cinnamon (tastes like apple pie!)

Apricot

Peach Amaretto

Plum

Pina Colada (yes, it has a touch of rum!)

Cherry

Raspberry

Cranberry

Dewberry

Blueberry

Raspberry

All of our jams are made from scratch using fresh fruit! The beet is so popular it has been hard to keep on the shelf! The healthy benefits of beets has been one of its attractions. Beets are rich in easily digestible iron and full of wonderful vitamins and minerals. Even the children love it!
